TUCSON RODEO PARADE VENDORS RULES & REGULATIONS

ABOUT THE PARADE The Tucson Rodeo Parade is recognized as the “Longest Non-Motorized Parade in America with 200,000 + spectators each year. This year marks the Rodeo Parade’s 100th Anniversary.


BOOTHS & LOCATIONS Vendor spaces will be located throughout the Parade route. No roving carts may be used on Parade Day! Vendor-supplied booths, tables, etc. will be stationary and off the street. Booths or merchandise may not block sidewalks or be on private property. The Parade Committee has a limited number of booth spaces for rent in the Grandstand Area. Vendor permits must be prominently displayed at all times, these will be supplied by the Parade Committee. GRANDSTANDS RESTRICTED TO BOOTH VENDORS ONLY. Rules strictly enforced!!!!!!


MERCHANDISE It is a civil infraction for a person to sell, give, transfer or possess any object or thing manufactured primarily for the purpose of making a noise of movement likely to startle, frighten or contribute to a loss of control over any animal in the Tucson Rodeo Parade (Tucson City Code Sec. 25-50). Examples of such prohibited items include but are not limited to balloons, poppers, inflatable toys, horns, whistles, silly string, etc. All merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by the Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee. Enforcement of these rules will be rigidly maintained and adhered to. Any violations will result in removal from the Parade Route and all application fees forfeited.


BOOTH FEES & INFORMATION Booths can be rented from the Rodeo Parade Committee (these are limited). The Booths are 10X10 or you may provide your own Booth as long as it remains stationary.


Costs are as follows:

Booths Grandstand Area: $140.00

Parade Permit: $40.00

City of Tucson License: $20.00 (Non-Profit Organizations - Do Not Need City License But Need the Parade Permit and copy of Non-Profit Status)


GENERAL INFORMATION Your fees must accompany your application on or before the deadline of February 19, 2025, for vending throughout the Parade route on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

I HEREBY RELEASE THE TUCSON RODEO PARADE COMMITTEE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON ACCOUNT OF PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEFT, FIRE, PUBLIC CATASTROPHE, ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PARADE.
