I acknowledge that this and other events may be dangerous and may result in serious property damage, personal injury and/or any other claims arising out of my participation in the Tucson Rodeo Parade.
In consideration of the acceptance of my application and being fully aware that my participation in the Tucson Rodeo Parade contest, parade, or any part of the Tucson Rodeo Parade is dangerous, I herby release the following from any and all liability for property damage, personal injury, and/or any other claims arising out of my participation in the Tucson Rodeo Parade. The Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee, City of Tucson, all sponsors of the Tucson Rodeo Parade, and any such entities, affiliated, related or subsidiary companies, as well as such entities, insurance representative, insurers, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and assigns.
Furthermore, spouse, myself, dependents, representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns shall not prosecute, directly or indirectly, now or at anytime in the future, any action, suit or proceeding arising from any injury, loss or damage, suffered by me, or them regardless of cause, against the before mentioned entities during the contests, parade or any other part of the Tucson Rodeo Parade.
